PAYMENT POLICY
By placing an order with Royale Suits — whether for a custom garment or a ready-to-wear piece — you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
For custom suits, payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation. Ready-to-wear items must also be paid in full before dispatch. Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our garments. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we operate under the following policy:
Custom Suits & Made-to-Measure Orders
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom-made products. Each garment is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
The only exception is in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect. To process a claim, customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect as well as clear photos of the garment being measured with a tape. Upon approval, we may offer an alteration, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Ready-to-Wear
Items from our ready-to-wear collection may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
ADJUSTMENTS
Any adjustments necessary due to manufacturing or construction faults will be covered by Royale Suits. If the adjustment is required due to incorrect client-provided measurements or personal fit preferences, clients may be responsible for tailoring fees. This applies exclusively to custom suits.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
All Royale Suits garments are handcrafted on demand by our team of experienced tailors in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Production typically takes 15–20 business days from the time measurements are received.
Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method. We currently ship to the U.S. and selected international markets. Clients are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Last-minute adjustments after cloth cutting may delay shipping. We reserve the right to reject changes after production has started.
GARMENT CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
We advise clients to follow the Garment Care Guide provided by our stylists. Proper care will extend the life of your garment.
Royale Suits is not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, or deterioration from incorrect cleaning methods.
We recommend:
- Dry cleaning only when necessary (2–3 times per year).
- Hanging jackets on wide-shouldered hangers.
- Alternating suits in your wardrobe to extend longevity.
If you notice stitching loosening or minor defects from wear, we recommend visiting a local tailor for reinforcement.
VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
