Return Policy
CUSTOM SUITS & MADE-TO-MEASURE GARMENTS
All custom garments produced by Royale Suits are specially handcrafted to your unique measurements and preferences, making each piece one of a kind.
For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom-made or made-to-measure orders.
If you believe your suit has a manufacturing defect, you may submit a claim by providing:
- High-resolution photos showing the issue.
- Clear measurement photos with a measuring tape demonstrating discrepancies.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer alterations, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the severity of the defect and our evaluation.
READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS
You may return or exchange a ready-to-wear item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Return shipping costs are covered by the client.
Once we receive the item and inspect it, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
ADJUSTMENTS
We stand by the craftsmanship of our garments. If a custom suit requires adjustments due to production or tailoring faults, Royale Suits will cover the necessary correction.
However, adjustments requested due to personal preference changes or client-provided measurement errors may incur additional tailoring costs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We currently accept returns from the United States and select countries. If you reside outside of our return coverage zones, please contact us directly and we will review your case individually.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos (for defects)
