All custom garments produced by Royale Suits are specially handcrafted to your unique measurements and preferences, making each piece one of a kind.<\/p>

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom-made or made-to-measure orders.<\/p>

If you believe your suit has a manufacturing defect, you may submit a claim by providing:<\/p>

  • High-resolution photos showing the issue.<\/li>
  • Clear measurement photos with a measuring tape demonstrating discrepancies.<\/li><\/ul>

    If the issue is confirmed, we will offer alterations, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the severity of the defect and our evaluation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    You may return or exchange a ready-to-wear item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>

    • The item is unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.<\/li>
    • The item is returned in its original packaging.<\/li>
    • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).<\/li>
    • Return shipping costs are covered by the client.<\/li><\/ul>

      Once we receive the item and inspect it, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      We stand by the craftsmanship of our garments. If a custom suit requires adjustments due to <\/span>production or tailoring faults<\/b>, Royale Suits will cover the necessary correction.<\/span><\/p>

      However, adjustments requested due to <\/span>personal preference changes<\/b> or <\/span>client-provided measurement errors<\/b> may incur additional tailoring costs.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
